4fifty Concept orders are cut and sewn at our Johannesburg facility. Tactic custom orders are made in Girona. Standard lead time 3–4 weeks.

Custom kit, answered.

What’s the minimum order?

10 units total — that can be a mix of jerseys, shorts, socks, jackets and warm-up tees across the squad. Below 10 units the per-unit cost jumps sharply because the setup work is amortised across fewer pieces.

How long does it take?

Standard turnaround is 3–4 weeks from artwork approval. Rush production is 2 weeks with a 25% surcharge. We can usually accommodate tighter dates for tournaments — ask us.

Can I see a mockup first?

Yes — every quote request includes a free digital mockup. Tick the box in the design step and we will email a flat-lay mockup within 48 hours of receiving your request. No obligation, no cost.

Do you ship nationwide?

Yes. We ship to every province in South Africa and across Southern Africa (Namibia, Botswana, Zimbabwe, Mozambique, Lesotho, Eswatini). Free shipping on orders over R1,500 within SA.

What fabrics do you use?

4fifty custom kit is sublimated on Italian-milled polyester (140gsm–180gsm depending on sport). Cycling bibs get an Elastic Interface® KING chamois as standard. Rugby and hockey jerseys use reinforced shoulder panels. Premium chamois upgrades are available for cycling.
